MEAL PLAN

Meals planned around your needs

Your plan sets a daily calorie target with protein, carbs and fat to match your goal, then turns it into days of meals that fit it — for training days, rest days or whatever your plan calls for — with sample foods, timing and rough calories.

TIPS

Practical tips that come with your plan

Every plan includes tips on the habits that make training work — written for your goal and experience level.

  1. 01The habits around trainingHydration, sleep, breathing and stretching — the basics that decide how well you recover between sessions.
  2. 02Written for youThe tips follow your goal and experience, so a beginner and a seasoned lifter don't get the same advice.
  3. 03A fresh tip every dayYour dashboard adds a short coach tip each day — on nutrition, recovery, form or motivation.

SUPPLEMENTS

Supplement recommendations, only when they help

If a supplement makes sense for your goal, your plan lists it with the dose, when to take it and why. If nothing's warranted at your stage, the list stays empty — and the app says so.

  1. 01Only when it makes senseSupplements are suggested only when they fit your goal and the way you eat. Don't need any? Your plan says so.
  2. 02No guessworkEach recommendation comes with a dose, the best time to take it and the reason it's there.
  3. 03Part of your planThey're in your plan in the app and in the PDF you can download.

Supplements are optional, general guidance — not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, check with a doctor or pharmacist first.

QUESTIONS

Nutrition plan, answered

How are my calories and macros calculated?+

From what you share during onboarding: your goal, sex, age, height and weight. Your plan sets a daily calorie target and splits it into protein, carbs and fat to match that goal.

Can I follow a vegetarian, vegan or keto diet?+

Yes. Choose omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, keto or no preference — or describe your own way of eating, like Mediterranean or high-protein. Your meals and sample foods follow it.

What about allergies and foods I don't like?+

Tell the app about allergies and intolerances — dairy, gluten, nuts, shellfish, eggs or anything else — and the foods you dislike, and they're left out of your meal ideas. With a serious allergy, always check labels yourself.

Do I have to eat exactly these meals?+

No. You get example days — such as a training day and a rest day — with sample foods and rough calories for each meal. Treat them as a template: hitting your daily calories and protein matters more than the exact recipe.

Will the app recommend supplements?+

Only when they make sense for your goal — the list can be empty. Each recommendation comes with a dose, timing and the reason behind it. It's general guidance, not medical advice, so check with a doctor or pharmacist if you have a condition or take medication.

Can I take my nutrition plan with me?+

Yes. Download your whole plan as a PDF — training, meals, tips and supplements — and check today's meals and calorie target on your dashboard.
