We collect account details such as your name, email address, language, and authentication identifiers. We also collect the information you choose to provide while using the service.

To personalize your plan, this may include age, sex, height, weight, goals, exercise history, schedule, equipment, workout logs, injuries, pain, medical limitations, sleep, stress, dietary preferences, allergies, eating habits, check-in responses, and conversations with the AI coach. Some of this information may be considered health data under applicable law.

We also process billing status and provider transaction identifiers, plus limited technical data needed to secure and operate the service. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

We use your information to create and adapt training, nutrition, and recovery suggestions; operate your account; remember your progress; process access and billing; provide support; prevent abuse; maintain security; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use health-adjacent information to make decisions about employment, insurance, credit, or eligibility for unrelated services.

Information from onboarding, workout logs, and check-ins may be sent to our AI service provider to generate coach responses and personalized plans. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not medical advice. We limit the information sent to what is needed for the requested feature and require service providers to protect it under contract.

Depending on where you live, we process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement. Where explicit consent is required for health-related information, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, but features that require that information may stop working.

You may choose not to provide optional information, including body weight. You can update many profile fields in the app.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service, such as authentication, database, hosting, storage, AI, email, and payment providers; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it unless law requires longer retention. We use access controls, encryption in transit, managed infrastructure, and restricted service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an objection to processing, and may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. You may also withdraw consent. Submit a request through the support channel associated with your account; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

AI Workout is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us through account support so we can remove it.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. For privacy questions or requests, use the support channel associated with your AI Workout account. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email when required.
