Refund Policy

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will keep the access shown in your account until that period ends unless otherwise stated.

Except where required by law, completed subscription charges and one-time purchases are non-refundable once access to digital plan content has been delivered. If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access a purchased service because of a verified technical problem, contact account support promptly with the account email and transaction details.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory cancellation right for digital services. That right may end after you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the cancellation right. We will apply any rights that legally apply to your purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control. Canceling or refunding a purchase may change your access to paid features.

Submit a request through the support channel associated with your AI Workout account. Include the account email, purchase date, and reason for the request, but never send a full payment card number.
