By creating an account or using AI Workout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

AI Workout provides automated fitness, nutrition, recovery, and habit suggestions for general informational and educational purposes. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician or certified professional who knows your circumstances.

Exercise and dietary changes carry risks. Consult an appropriate professional before starting or changing a program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, have an injury, or have experienced chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience pain or alarming symptoms. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking exercises, loads, nutrition, supplements, and plan changes against your abilities, equipment instructions, allergies, and professional advice. Do not follow a suggestion that feels unsafe. Risk flags and safety notices are precautions, not diagnoses or guarantees that every risk has been detected.

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use output to provide regulated medical services. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Prices, included features, billing intervals, and one-time purchase terms are shown before checkout. Subscription plans renew until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing management flow; cancellation does not retroactively refund charges. Taxes may apply. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and is subject to mandatory consumer law.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use it to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. AI Workout and its software, branding, catalog, and original content remain protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the service while these Terms apply.

The service relies on third parties for functions such as authentication, hosting, AI, video, storage, and billing. Their services may have separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or content outside our control.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or expose us or others to liability. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, AI Workout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes when required. Applicable law and forum depend on the entity operating AI Workout and mandatory rules where you live. Before starting a formal claim, contact us through the support channel associated with your account so we can try to resolve it.
