WHY IT ADAPTS

A plan that learns from the week you just had

Most workout plans are static: the same sessions until you quit or get bored. In AI Workout, every weekly check-in looks at what you actually logged — the weights that felt too easy, the session you skipped, the soreness that didn't go away — and proposes concrete changes for next week.

  • Raise or lower sets, reps and suggested weight when a lift is ready to progress — or stalling
  • Swap an exercise that bothers a joint or doesn't suit your equipment
  • Add or remove an exercise to rebalance a session
  • Turn a training day into a rest day, or the other way around, when your week changes
QUESTIONS

AI workout plan FAQ

Is an AI workout plan good for beginners?+

Yes — beginners arguably benefit the most, because the biggest early mistakes are picking the wrong program and the wrong weights. Your plan is scaled to your experience level, suggested weights err on the conservative side, and every exercise links to form videos.

Can I get an AI workout plan for home, without equipment?+

Yes. You choose your equipment during onboarding — full gym, dumbbells, or bodyweight only — and every exercise is picked from what you actually have.

How is this different from a free workout plan generator?+

Most free generators fill in a template from two or three dropdowns. AI Workout builds your plan from a full profile — goals, experience, schedule, injuries, sleep, stress and diet — plus whatever you tell AI Coach in your own words, and then keeps adjusting it based on the workouts you log.

Does the plan change over time?+

With Pro, yes: every week ends with a check-in, and next week is adjusted from your answers and your logged workouts. Starter gives you your personalized plan and PDF to keep, without weekly adjustments.

Is it safe if I have an injury?+

You flag injuries, pain points and medical limits during onboarding, and exercises that conflict with them are left out. AI Workout is not a medical service, though — if you're recovering from an injury or have a medical condition, check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.

How much does an AI workout plan cost?+

Starter is a one-time €8.99 for your personalized plan, the PDF and read-only app access. Pro is €11.99/month for the full app: workout tracking, weekly check-ins and a plan that adapts every week.

Your plan is fifteen minutes away.
